What we collect
When you request a call, we collect your name, mobile number, street address, ZIP, and a short description of the problem (pump, drain field, backup, inspection, or other). We also record that you agreed to SMS and to sharing that packet with one company.
Who we share it with
We send that packet to one local septic company that serves your address. Exclusive by ZIP — not a blast, not a list of shops. That company uses it to call you about the job. We do not sell your information to a list.
Texts
By submitting the form, you agree we can text you at the number you gave — a short confirmation and anything needed to connect you with that one company. Reply STOP to opt out of our texts. The company that calls you is a separate business; their texts and calls are theirs.
Where we do not work
We do not serve Jacksonville / Duval County (JEA is phasing out septic there). Fruit Cove / 32259 is the one 322 ZIP we take. If your ZIP is outside Clay, St. Johns, or Nassau, we do not keep the request to shop around.
